Capacity Strengthening & Action Planning: Tailored workshops and Training of Trainer (TOT) sessions on gender, sexuality, masculinities, gender transformative approaches (GTA), and workplace inclusion. We co-create gender action plans with clear targets, strategies, and M&E tools, and design curriculums using instructional design principles.

Secretariat Coordination & Management: We lead and manage multi-country collaborative networks and alliances, including the Coalition of Good Schools. This covers partner coordination, joint planning and budgeting, and organising network meetings and activities.
Technical & Advisory Support: We offer subject matter expertise and mentoring on VAWG/VAC programming and MEAL. Our advisory support includes working with programmes and networks like FCDO’s What Works 2 to strengthen implementation and programme outcomes.

Samya conducts workshops that critically examine how narratives around masculinity are being shaped in today’s digital and technological spaces. With the growing influence of regressive ‘manosphere’ content and AI-driven media, these platforms increasingly spread gender targeted disinformation that reinforces harmful gender norms.
