Suniti Neogy comes to SAMYA with extensive experience of bringing gender lens to development programming. Her experience ranges from informing program designs to implementation ensuring program quality standards for accountable gender programming across education, climate, health and livelihoods sectors across Asia, MENA and Africa regions.

Her strengths are in developing innovative tools and strategies for social and behavior change communication, social norms programming, curriculum designs and capacity building related to Reproductive, Maternal, Neonatal, Child Health and Nutrition, Adolescent Health and Empowerment, HIV, Violence Against Women and Girls prevention, Girls’ Leadership and Education and Child Early and Forced Marriage (CEFM) programs. Her 32 years of development experience includes working with a grassroot environment activist organization GEAG for 2 years, an apex training center for Prerana/ CEDPA at state level for 5 years and Globally with an international NGO, CARE for more than 24 years.
