Ditipriya Ghosh, a Founding Director of Samya. Ditipriya, with an experience of over three decades in Organisation and Human Development, has worked in varied sectors. Before crossing over to the development sector, she worked in various corporate houses and multinationals for twelve years, looking after talent management/ acquisition, workplace relations, people development and employee engagement. For the last eighteen years, she has been working in the development sector, in organisations like Haemophilia Foundation, Parivar Seva Sanstha and Breakthrough contributing to strategic human resource management, organization development and strategic communication. Her focus has been to bring organisation effectiveness through leadership development with a primary emphasis on integrating organisational goals and strategy to individual performance and creating & fostering an environment where employees are committed, engaged and motivated. Her forte is developing organizational and team leadership & management, capability building interventions, building strategic internal communication and building an organisational environment that has interaction safety and inclusiveness embedded into its culture. She co-founded Samya Development in 2021 to provide consulting services, technical advisory and project implementation support in the field of social and human development, with a particular focus on the field of women empowerment and gender inclusiveness.
